Meet the Founder

As the founder of a skincare clinic, I’ve spent years working closely with women and their overall skin and wellness. But behind the scenes, I kept seeing the same patterns - stress, poor sleep, and burnout.

I’ve been there too. Long days, restless nights… reaching for a glass of tequila just to unwind, but not loving how I felt the next morning.

A high dose of THC gave me crippling anxiety so I started researching cannabinoids like CBD, CBG, and CBN. I wanted something that actually supported my body without the heavy or intoxicating feeling.

When I couldn’t find a brand that felt aligned with real life and women, I created Hemp & Hers.

Simple, daily rituals to support calm, clarity, and better sleep, without the unwanted side effects.

Thank you for being here 💚 -Ashley

I Have Questions

Yes. Daily Balance is formulated for daytime use (CBD + CBG) and Nightly Restore for nighttime (CBD + CBN + magnesium + melatonin) — many women use both as a full day ritual. Non-intoxicating, under 0.3% THC, and safe to use daily.

CBD may help support the body’s natural stress response by interacting with the endocannabinoid system, which plays a role in mood regulation and balance. Many women use CBD to promote calm, ease daily stress, and support emotional well-being, without feeling sedated or “out of it.”

Yes. CBD is commonly used to support restful sleep, especially for those whose sleep issues are linked to stress or racing thoughts. Some people find CBD helps them fall asleep more easily and stay asleep longer. Consistent use may offer the best results.

No. Hemp & Hers products are made from hemp-derived CBD and contain less than 0.3% THC, meaning they are non-intoxicating and will not produce a high.

Yes. All Hemp & Hers products are third-party lab tested for potency, purity, and safety. This ensures you’re receiving high-quality CBD with accurate cannabinoid levels and no harmful contaminants.

Our products contain less than 0.3% THC; however, trace amounts may still appear on sensitive drug tests. If drug testing is a concern, consider THC-free options.
