Hemp & Hers Subscription Policy


By enrolling in a Hemp & Hers subscription, you agree to the following terms:


Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout (e.g., every 1 or 2 months). Your payment method on file will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled or modified prior to renewal.


Shipping Schedule

Orders will be processed and shipped according to your selected delivery frequency. You will receive a confirmation email each time your subscription renews.


Manage Your Subscription

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our ingestible products, all subscription orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
