Our Guarantee
If your first order doesn't work for you, email us at info@hempandhers.shop within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you — no need to send anything back. This guarantee applies to first time orders only. For all other returns, see below.
Returns
Due to the nature of wellness products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
- Return window: 14 days from the date your order is delivered
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hempandhers.shop with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item(s) and packaging
We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
